Butler Technologies, Inc. To Host Manufacturing Day #MFGDAY Open House for Local Community

Butler, PA — September 6, 2022 — In honor of Manufacturing Day, Butler Technologies, Inc. is hosting an open house for community members and local schools. On October 7, 2022, Butler Technologies will open its doors to the public for demonstrations, plant tours, discussions, and learning for all. We’re welcoming the community into our facilities to change people’s perceptions about today’s manufacturing environment and draw attention to the awesome products that are manufactured in the heart of downtown Butler, PA.

Manufacturing Day is an annual national event sponsored by the Manufacturing Institute to inspire the next generation about the industry and careers in modern manufacturing. Over the next decade, 4 million manufacturing jobs will need to be filled in the United States. We’re joining the movement to fill the skills gap and inspire the future workforce by hosting an open house.

Butler Technologies, Inc. is a second-generation family business located in the heart of downtown Butler, PA. Over the last three decades, BTI has grown from a humble printing brokerage firm into an innovative printed electronics design firm and manufacturer. We aim to inspire a spirit of community, so that we may improve the lives of others through our innovative technology.

“Too many people have the perception that manufacturing is a dirty and boring job, but the vast majority of jobs in manufacturing are in a clean, safe environment,” says Tristan Tripodi, President and CEO of Butler Technologies. “Some of our team members have been with us for over 20 years and have moved from the manufacturing floor to positions in leadership. There are countless career opportunities in manufacturing such as sales and marketing, engineering, graphic design, demand planning, and machine operation positions.”

Anyone can start their career path in manufacturing and grow with the business. Visit www.butlertechnologies.com/events to sign up for the event and learn more about manufacturing opportunities.
