We’re thrilled to spotlight Roni Anderson, our dedicated Client Success Manager, a quiet force that has been shaping our customer service experience for the past 11 years. With a background steeped in customer service and a desire to connect with people, Roni brings compassion, professionalism, and a people-first approach to everything she does.

The Journey to Butler Technologies 

Roni found her way to Butler Technologies through a referral from a former coworker, Janice, and decided to take the leap into the world of manufacturing. With a background in customer service, she saw it as an opportunity to try something new and hasn’t looked back. For Roni, customer service isn't just a job—it's a lifelong commitment to helping others. 

A People-First Approach 

According to Roni, the biggest changes she’s seen during her tenure at BTI have been the changes in systems and processes. However, she emphasizes that customer service remains consistent—it’s about helping people, no matter the circumstances. This unwavering dedication to her customers has earned her their trust and respect over the years, which Roni would count as her biggest accomplishment and source of pride at BTI. 

Cherishing Company Culture 

One word that is consistently heard in a conversation with Roni is “people."  And that is also what Roni treasures most about working at Butler Technologies.  She particularly values her colleagues, considering them as family.  She fondly reminisces about company parties and engaging in charitable events like the Earth Day clean-up, highlighting the company's commitment to celebrating accomplishments and giving back to the community.   

She appreciates the flexibility offered in her role and acknowledges the understanding of the importance of work-life balance. 

Navigating Challenges with Grace 

While Roni finds immense fulfillment in her role, she's the first to acknowledge the challenges that come with it. From navigating complex systems to maintaining professionalism in difficult situations, she emphasizes the need to be patient, kind, and focused.  Customer service is more than taking phone calls and orders—it’s about problem-solving. 

Personal Insights and Inspirations 

Beyond her professional achievements, Roni offers a glimpse into her personal interests and inspirations. As a true crime and history buff, one bucket list item she shared with us is that she aspires to return to San Francisco to explore Alcatraz, something she missed out on during her last visit there. What might surprise you to learn about Roni is that she braved the crowds and spent 2 New Year's Eves celebrating in Times Square in New York, another place she would love to revisit soon.  In terms of inspiration, she credits her “tough as nails” first boss at the Deb Shop and her hardworking parents for instilling a strong work ethic in her. 

A Window into Personal Time 

When asked what apps or gadgets she uses that she cannot live without, Roni shared her reliance on tools that help support her health journey.  While she enjoys entertaining apps, like TikTok, she most values those that keep her focused on personal wellness.  Although she doesn’t watch too much TV, she admits to enjoying downtime with guilty pleasures such as “The Family Stallone” and “Schitt’s Creek.”  She also finds relaxation in classic shows like “Matlock” and “Murder She Wrote,” often playing in the background at home.
