Harsh Environment Durability
Oil mist, chemical splash, UV, and temperature extremes degrade standard overlays within months. Polycarbonate or polyester overlays with a chemical-resistant hard coat are sealed to NEMA 4/4X and IP65/IP67 per IEC 60529.
Glove-Compatible Operation
Operators in heavy work gloves need a panel that responds reliably without false activations. Touch panels are calibrated for gloves up to 2mm, and switches use actuation force tuned for gloved hands (20g–600g).
UL, RoHS2 & ITAR Documentation
OEM qualification needs full compliance documentation from every supplier. BTI is a UL Authorized Label Supplier and RoHS2 compliant, with certificates of conformance and ITAR registration provided as standard.
Long Lead Times from Offshore Suppliers
