The Expo was an innovative and constructive morning engaging with manufacturers and supply chain partners right here in the Pittsburgh region. This included design for manufacturing support, electronics, tooling, plastics, metals, and others.The event was well attended and we had an opportunity to interface with both customers and the Start Up community. We appreciate the opportunity to provide support to Afshan Kahn and her team at Innovation Works. Butler Technologies Inc. provides optimal design support & prototyping prior to investing in large scale manufacturing.

The Kushushu Card…now made in America – by Mike Wagner
PST Sensors Ltd of Cape, Town South Africa and Butler Technologies, Inc. of Butler, PA are pleased to announce a collaboration to produce the Kushushu Card technology in North America. “Kushushu”, meaning “it’s hot” in the Xhosa language, is the latest in printed silicone technology developed by PST Sensors. The Kushushu Card is a fully passive UHF sensor tag based on Chip-on-Sensor Hybrid (CoSH) technology allowing for the wireless communication of temperature.

After months of creativity and hard work, we are pleased to announce the launch of Butler Technologies Inc. new Logo, website, & social media.
The goal of our new website is to provide our customers more information about new technologies, our expanding capabilities and our brand.
Butler Technologies Inc. (BTI) has been providing solutions in precision printing for over 25 years. More recently, we have been the ‘go to’ resource for Printed Electronics, Design and Prototyping services. We specialize in printing of technically challenging fine line electrical circuits on various thin film substrates.
James (Jamie) Orlando Joins Butler Technologies, Inc.
Jamie attended Penn State University where he earned degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Plastics Engineering. Jamie has 20 years of R&D experience with both Rubbermaid & Dräger Safety. Jamie spent time in product development and managing projects in both the U.S. and Germany.
In 2013, Jamie received a Masters Certificate in Project Management from the University of Pittsburgh, Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business. In 2013 he also received PMP certification. (Project Management Professional)
