Butler Technologies’ response to COVID-19

Written by Jamie Orlando | March 18, 2020

Dear Family, Friends, and Colleagues,

The team here at Butler Technologies, Inc. wish all of you good health as we deal with the unprecedented events surrounding the spread of COVID-19. While the situation is continually changing, we would like to provide an update on the current state of BTI.

What This Means for Us

Our leadership team is monitoring the situation carefully to provide for the safety of our employees, our clients, and our community. We are taking every precaution to protect our facilities, products and most importantly our team.

BTI is focused on the health and well being of every team member. All business travel has been suspended and visitors are currently restricted from entering the building.

We have embraced technology by creating virtual offices and remote work arrangements. This allows our team to work collaboratively from home.

Good hygiene practices have always been and will continue to be a priority at BTI. Our team continues to follow established guidelines, additional sanitation supplies are available and additional cleaning protocols have been scheduled.

What This Means for Our Partners

Our manufacturing continues per our usual schedules.

Our team has been in daily communication with our vendors to ensure we have stability within our supply chain. We will vigilantly monitor the situation and keep you informed of any changes.

We will continue to meet virtually with our partners, vendors, and clients to ensure the highest level of service. Our work on your projects will continue without interruption.

Our innovative team continues to provide research, design, engineering & manufacturing services.

Please feel free to contact me, your account manager, or customer service representative to discuss any questions you might have.

We remain committed to providing you with the highest quality service you have come to expect from Butler Technologies, Inc.

Stay safe and best wishes,

Jamie Orlando
